The company designs engineering solutions for the aerospace, automotive and medical industries and is expected to create 30 jobs over 5 years.
British Off Site
British Off Site, a manufacturer and distributer of building components for new homes, is expanding the size and complexity of its operations and output.
The new building is an expansion of the company's existing factory facility at the nearby Skyline industrial estate.
The new venture is set to create 80 new jobs.
Medequip
Medequip supplies community equipment and services to the health and social care sectors across the UK, operating from more than 30 depots nationwide.
This new depot will be used to store and distribute a range of equipment, such as wheelchairs, adjustable beds and hoists, to people living in Essex.
